Oh my gosh! It's been SO long since my last entry. So much is going on for Confero right now.
After a LONG weekend working with Mandy at HotHouse, it's time to update you all on what's going on.
We've jumped on board for the Style in the Sky Bridal Event in a MAJOR way. Not only will I have a space at the show, Confero is the planner for the "Furry Tail Wedding" which is going to benefit TEARS. (and the name was so my idea. don't you love it!?!)
There are several different vendors involved in the show, and I am super excited about it.
Check out the Style In the Sky website to get more information. There is something to do everyday of the weekend. Friday - Rock the Runway benefiting Children's Hospital with fashions by Heidi Elnora, and a musical performance by Within Reason. Saturday there is a dinner with celebrity cake designer Sylvia Weinstock. Sunday is the bridal show, the Furry Tail Wedding, and a glamourous fashion show featuring Anne Barge's designs.
Also, Confero is putting together a "Dream Wedding Give-a-Way" to be given away to one lucky bride at the end of the fashion show on sunday.
On top of preparing for the show, it's time to put my thinking cap on for Confero's upcoming Signature Style Series shoot for 2010's Alabama Weddings Magazine.
